Jazmín Padías Ugalde

Jazmín Padías Ugalde has diverse experience in procurement roles. Jazmín is currently the Head of Procurement at Schindler Group since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SYKES Costa Rica as a Procurement Lead from 2017 to 2021, overseeing procurement for various departments. Before that, they were a Procurement Analyst at Clima Ideal in 2017, focused on project procurement and utilizing the Exactus system. Lastly, they gained experience as a Purchasing Analyst at General Cable Conducen from 2015 to 2016, handling sourcing, purchasing, and payments.

Jazmín Padías Ugalde earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in International Business/International Trade from the Universidad Internacional de las Américas between 2016 and 2019. Jazmín also obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from GE360 in December 2020 and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019.
