Shalini Duraisamy

Shalini Duraisamy's work experience includes a role as the Team Lead for Global Digital Operations at Schindler Group, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant from 2012, where they held various roles including Manager of Operational Excellence from January 2020 to December 2022, Operations Lead from January 2016 to December 2019, and Technical Service Desk from February 2012 to December 2015.

Shalini Duraisamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Erode Sengunthar Engineering College from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Bharathi Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1998 to 2007. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
