Aniket Mahale

Aniket Mahale has over a decade of experience in the elevator industry, starting as a Project Engineer at Eskay Elevators (I) Limited from May 2007 to November 2012, where responsibilities included resource planning and customer relationship management. Aniket advanced to Operations Manager, supervising over 30 project employees and training new staff to facilitate company growth. Aniket currently serves as the Head of System Engineering & Product Extension and previously as Product Development Manager at Schindler India since December 2012, successfully launching three new global products, including the ES2, which generated significant revenue. Aniket also played a key role as a Product Development Specialist in Testing & Validation, resolving over 450 conflicts before product releases. Aniket holds an Advanced General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Thakur Polytechnic, and completed secondary education at St. Francis D'Assisi High School.
