Jyoti Abrol

Jyoti Abrol is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President, Human Resources and Head HR at Schindler India since July 2024, Jyoti previously held key HR leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific India, where responsibilities included directing HR strategies and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
