Sarah-Maria Niemeyer has a diverse work experience in various marketing and trade marketing roles. Sarah-Maria started their career at Regierungspräsidium Stuttgart as an intern in the Press Office. Sarah-Maria then interned at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG in Marketing and at NEWS AND PICTURES Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG in the desk of PLANETOPIA. Sarah-Maria also worked as a Student Associate at Universität Hohenheim and as a Student Consultant at Junior Business Team e.V.

Sarah-Maria Niemeyer joined IBM Deutschland as a Referent Strategy & Marketing for Channel and Mid Market. Sarah-Maria later joined Südwestrundfunk Stuttgart as a Marketing Manager, first for SWR4 Baden-Württemberg and then as a Corporate Marketing Manager. Sarah-Maria then moved to Südwestrundfunk Baden-Baden as the Marketing Manager for DASDING/SWR3.

Currently, Sarah-Maria Niemeyer is working at schleich®. Sarah-Maria started as a Manager Trade Marketing and later became the Team Lead Trade Communications. Sarah-Maria then transitioned to the role of Team Lead Instore & Visual Merchandising - Trade Marketing and subsequently became the Team Lead Global Instore & Visual Merchandising - Trade Marketing. Sarah-Maria is currently serving as the Head Of Global Channel Strategy, instore & VM.

Sarah-Maria Niemeyer completed their education with a focus on communication studies. From 2004 to 2009, they attended the University of Hohenheim, where they earned a degree in Diplom Kommunikationswissenschaft (Diploma in Communication Science). During their studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at Jönköping University in 2007-2008, which further enhanced their understanding of communication. In October 2009, they obtained their Diplom Kommunikationswissenschaft certification from the University of Hohenheim.
