Michael Westfahl

Michael Westfahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, corporate governance, and academia. As a partner at MWConsulting since 2008, Michael focuses on providing actionable strategies for entrepreneurial success. Additionally, Michael serves on the supervisory boards of Step Ahead AG and Schleupen AG, where support is given for medium- and long-term corporate alignment. Since 2012, Michael has been a lecturer at Donau-Universität Krems, teaching holistic business planning with a practical approach.
