Adam Schaffer

Adam Schaffer is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in family law and ERISA compliance. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Schlichter Bogard since September 2016, Adam specializes in reviewing and analyzing discovery related to employers’ ERISA compliance and conducting legal research on retirement plans. Previously, as a Senior Associate Attorney at Stange Law Firm, Adam managed a diverse caseload involving family law matters, litigating issues related to divorce, child custody, and child support. Adam's early career included contract attorney roles at Robert Half Legal and Hire Counsel, and a legal internship at the Catholic Immigration Law Project. Adam earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
