Laura Bengl is currently working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa Retreat & Cultural Hideaway. Prior to this, Laura held positions such as F&B Supervisor and Chef de Rang at the same company. Laura also worked as a Demichef de Rang at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Laura completed their education in wine consultancy at Deutsches Weininstitut and earned a degree as a Junior Sommeliére from IHK Academy Munich and Upper Bavaria.
