Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is a skilled professional with extensive experience in hospitality and event management across various esteemed organizations. Currently a Spa Attendant at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa Retreat & Cultural Hideaway, Nicole is responsible for guest services, sauna infusions, and managing equipment needs. Previous roles include Concierge at Aspen Skiing Company and Resort Attendant for the United States Department of Defense, where event coordination and guest management were key responsibilities. Nicole also served as Special Events Manager at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden, overseeing rentals and ensuring successful event execution. Earlier experiences include internships at The American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival and with Hilton Worldwide, alongside pivotal roles in hospitality training. Nicole holds a degree in Hospitality Management and Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi and is currently enhancing education at Florence University of the Arts.
