Verena Schubert

Verena Schubert is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Since April 2015, Verena has served as the Manager of Restaurants at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa Retreat & Cultural Hideaway, a prestigious 5-star establishment. Prior to this role, Verena worked as the Restaurantleiter at Das kranzbach 4-star hotel from September 2013 to February 2015, and held the position of Geschäftsführer at a 3-star hotel from September 2004 to June 2012. Earlier in Verena's career, a role as Chef de Service at a 5-star hotel from May 2001 to July 2004 was undertaken.
