Dianne Ralston

Dianne Ralston is the Chief Legal Officer, a role she assumed in December 2020. Before assuming the role she was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of TechnipFMC since the company’s formation in 2017 and was the Executive Vice President Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of FMC Technologies from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Ralston has held executive leadership positions throughout the energy services sector including a prior tenure with Schlumberger of more than 15 years.
