Paulo Cesar Silva

Paulo Cesar Silva has over two decades of experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Schmersal Brasil since September 2001, where responsibilities include developing and executing commercial strategies focused on OEMs and distribution channels. Prior to this role, Paulo held the position of Head Buyer at Himaco Hidraulicos e Maquinas Ltda from July 1997 to August 2001, overseeing a team and implementing ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 qualification procedures. Paulo also gained early experience in the Finance Department at Strassburger S. A., managing collections and contract issues. Academically, Paulo holds an MBA in Marketing, Branding, and Growth from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and has pursued further education at Universidade Feevale and ULBRA, culminating in a secondary education diploma from E.E. de Primeiro e Segundo Grau A.A.Borges de Medeiros.
