Terry Calhoun has over 27 years of experience in commercial leasing and management, currently serving at Schmidt Family Of Companies since February 2010. Prior to that, Terry held the title of CAM Manager and Real Estate Associate with Ed Schlitt LC, Schlitt Property Management, and CB Paradise from February 1996. With a strong background in residential and commercial condominium association management, Terry has developed a portfolio that includes various associations, condominiums, HOAs, and commercial centers.
