Eiko Tsukamoto is a Senior Manager of Student Experience for Rise. In this role, Eiko ensures all students in the Rise community are engaged across programs, platforms, and opportunities and empowered to serve others.
Prior to joining Schmidt Futures, Eiko designed and executed experiential programs across philanthropy, academia and private-public partnerships. At UBS, Eiko managed a portfolio of entrepreneurship initiatives within the Community Affairs and Corporate Responsibility team. At Babson College, Eiko created co-curricular and enrichment activities for undergraduate and graduate students in San Francisco. In addition, Eiko led international education programs that encouraged global citizenship at the Fulbright Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Education First (EF) and Berkeley Global Access. She also served as a Camp Director and Consultant for high school students with the TOMODACHI Initiative to strengthen U.S.-Japan relations after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Eiko received her B.A in Social Welfare at the University of California Berkeley and an Ed.M in Education Administration at Harvard University. She is an AmeriCorps public service alumni and an Emerging Leader at the US-Japan Council.
