Spencer Horne

Spencer Horne is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence focused on addressing structural inequities across the developing world.

Spencer is the founder of Cloudline, a start-up creating the aerial delivery infrastructure to empower marginalised rural economies. In 2020 Cloudline was named South Africa’s most innovative start-up by Fast Company South Africa.

In a prior role at McKinsey & Company he worked on strategy and operations in the energy, minerals and consumer goods sectors across emerging markets.

Spencer is a graduate of Harvard College and of African Leadership Academy.
