Ciara Adams

Ciara Adams is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, marketing, and sales. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and previously as a Customer Success Consultant at Elsevier since November 2020, Ciara has demonstrated expertise in client relationship management. In addition, Ciara works with Schmitt ProfiTools, Inc. in a marketing and sales role since August 2018. Prior experience includes positions at David's Bridal in alterations and styling from June 2014 to August 2018, and as a manager at Abercrombie & Fitch from January 2016 to November 2016. Ciara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Fashion Design from Lindenwood University, along with a high school diploma from Warrenton High School.
