Jens Wegener

Jens Wegener is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a focus on electrical systems. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement for Electrical Systems at Schmitz Cargobull AG since January 2021, Jens previously held various roles within the company, including Supply Chain Manager and positions in global sourcing, logistics planning, and materials control from July 2011 to July 2019. Jens also took a sabbatical with Work and Travel Australia from August 2019 to March 2020. Education includes a degree as a State Certified Business Manager in Logistics from Berufskolleg am Wasserturm, completed from 2011 to 2014.
