David Brandt works within the firm’s Litigation Support Department to facilitate the use of litigation technology to accomplish litigation goals efficiently and defensibly. David works closely with litigation teams on all phases of discovery including data preservation, identification, collection, review, production, and presentation at trial. With over 8 years of litigation technology experience, together with 12 years of paralegal experience, David has the breadth of skills and experience necessary to understand how to use technology to get the best possible result for each case. David also manages the litigation calendar for the San Francisco office.
