Kristina Stojaković Kelava

Kristina Stojaković Kelava has a diverse work experience. Kristina started their career as an intern at Lanaco Company in 2008 and later interned at DMS Group in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Software Developer and Trainer, where they developed a web application for training process management and trained newly employed developers. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Lecturer at High school "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj." In 2012, they became a Lecturer at the Foundation "Center for Young Talents" until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they co-founded and organized Rails Girls Novi Sad, a community organization. In 2014, they also joined Schneider Electric DMS NS as a Process Engineer, responsible for business process improvements and conducting agile trainings and workshops. Kristina later became a Scrum Master at the same company, implementing the Scrum Framework within two teams, conducting trainings for Scrum Masters, and organizing the Scrum Masters Community of Practice. In 2018, they became an Organizer at GrowIT until 2019. Overall, Kristina Stojaković Kelava has gained experience in various roles, including software development, training, lecturing, process engineering, and event organizing.

Kristina Stojaković Kelava completed their Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2014, they became a Certified Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SP) from Scaled Agile, Inc. In 2016, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance and completed a Front End Development course from Free Code Camp. Most recently, in 2020, they received a Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance from the Management 3.0 institution.
