Aditi Karnad

Aditi Karnad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director-HR for Global Marketing at Schneider Electric since October 2011, Aditi also oversees HR functions for 1500+ employees in Global Finance, Marketing, HR, Strategy, Technology, and Schneider Digital. Prior to Schneider Electric, Aditi held key HR positions at AOL as Director of Human Resources, Philips Electronics India Ltd as India HR Manager, Sasken as HR for the Products Division, and Tata Infotech as Location HR, alongside an early role as Assistant Manager of HR at ACC Cements.
