Dola Mukherjee

Dola Mukherjee is currently serving as the Global HR Director at Schneider Electric since September 2023, leading HR initiatives for the Digital Energy Business Division. Prior to this role, Dola held the position of Head of People Initiatives & Projects at HDFC Life from October 2019 to August 2023, overseeing HR integration during a significant merger. Dola's experience also includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Biocon, where contributions included setting up a greenfield site in Malaysia and spearheading strategic initiatives in culture change and diversity.
