Heather Cykoski

Heather Cykoski currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Industrial & Process Automation at Schneider Electric, where Heather is also a member of the Executive Leadership team. Additionally, Cykoski is a member of the Board of Directors at Fluitron, LLC. Prior to their current roles, Cykoski spent nearly two decades at ABB, holding various leadership positions including Group Vice President, with responsibilities for global strategic investments and significant accounts such as The Dow Chemical Company. Cykoski's career began at The Foxboro Company and further developed at Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric. Cykoski holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and completed management education at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
