Isabel Matos

Isabel Matos is an experienced logistics and transportation professional currently serving as the South America Logistics Director at Schneider Electric since April 2016, overseeing logistics operations across five countries and managing both domestic and international transportation, foreign trade, and end-to-end field services supply chain. Previous roles include Director of Client Solutions at UTi Worldwide, where Isabel developed supply chain solutions and provided trade compliance support in the Latin American market, as well as South America Trade Compliance Manager at Dell, focusing on customs regulations and supply chain expertise. Isabel’s education includes an MBA in Logistics from FGV and leadership training at INSEAD, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
