Jill Lee

Jill Lee began their career in 1997 as a Siemens engineer. Jill quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior VP and Group Chief Diversity Officer by 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global transformation program.

In 2011, Lee left Siemens to join Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) as their Senior VP of Finance Strategy and Investments. Jill helped the company navigate the global financial crisis and played a key role in NOL's successful turnaround.

In 2012, Lee joined ABB as their Regional CFO and Senior VP. Jill was also a member of the China Management Board. During their time at ABB, Lee held board seats on several JV and wholly-owned ABB entities in China.

In 2015, Lee was promoted to Group Senior VP and Head of Next Level Program Management (global transformation program) at ABB. Jill held this position until 2018 when they left to join Schneider Electric as a Non Executive Board Member.

Lee is currently the Director at Schneider Electric.

Jill Lee has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nanyang Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from National University of Singapore.
