Paul Salem

Paul SALEM is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in industrial and product design. Currently serving as a Chef de projet at Schneider Electric since May 2022, Paul leads projects related to high-voltage switchgear adaptation for the Italian market, overseeing planning, processes, design, and testing. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de projet industriel and R&D engineer at Babolat, focusing on tennis rackets and accessories from June 2018 to May 2022, and working as an Ingénieur d’études at GO Concept from April 2018 to May 2022. Paul has also contributed to product development for consumer goods at ABMI and completed an engineering internship at ABB, where a preventive maintenance audit service was developed. Paul holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical engineering and industrial design from UTBM and a BAC S from the Ecole française internationale de Riyadh.
