Reza Syarif

Reza Syarif is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and marketing. Currently serving as Business Vice President of Buildings & Projects at Schneider Electric since September 2014, Reza has held key roles including Director of Marketing & Strategy and Director of Strategy & Business Development. Prior to this, Reza worked at 3M from March 2007 to August 2014, leading divisions in both consumer and healthcare sectors, and managing notable brands like Post-it®. Reza's career began at Datascrip as a Product Marketing Executive from September 2005 to February 2007. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, a degree in Electrical Engineering from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, and completion of the Transforming Schneider Leadership - Level 3 Program at INSEAD in 2021.
