Samiksha Goswami is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global learning services and training. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Schneider Electric since August 2020, Samiksha has previously held roles as Manager and Deputy Manager within the same organization. Prior to Schneider Electric, Samiksha worked at BlackBuck as a Training Lead, where responsibilities included delivering the complete learning cycle in a startup environment.
