Saurabh Mittal

Saurabh Mittal is a highly experienced tax professional currently serving as the Director of Tax & Customs for the Greater India Zone at Schneider Electric since August 2014. In this role, Saurabh leads taxation for all legal entities, managing direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing, international tax compliance, planning, litigation, advisory, and risk management. Saurabh has also been involved in significant restructuring projects and has led initiatives in GST transformation and tax digitization. Prior to Schneider Electric, Saurabh held positions at KPMG as General Manager Tax and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included tax advisory services and representing clients before tax authorities. Saurabh’s career also includes experience at The Times of India and Ernst & Young. Saurabh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having obtained a degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
