Scott Harden

Scott Harden is a seasoned executive in the technology sector with extensive experience in energy and sustainability innovations. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Technology Officer for Home & Distribution Software at Schneider Electric since March 2022, Scott leads the technology roadmap for residential software applications and systems. Previously, Scott held roles as Chief Technology Officer for Global Innovation at Schneider Electric, and Chief Technology Officer for WW Energy & Sustainability at Microsoft, where strategic technology vision and planning were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes leadership positions at OSI Digital, Bit Stew Systems, and OSI Consulting, with a strong focus on business development and operational advisory services in industrial IoT and energy management. Scott founded Vertebrae, demonstrating a history of entrepreneurship in internet-based solutions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma.
