Tracy Troutner

Tracy Troutner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and geospatial technologies. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Analyst at Schneider Geospatial, LLC since January 2018, Tracy supports and collaborates with GeoPermits users while leading enhancements and software updates. Previous roles include acting Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager for GeoPermits, and GIS Consultant, where Tracy was instrumental in developing and implementing online permitting solutions for clients. Prior experience includes roles at the Iowa Department of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, and other planning and GIS firms, emphasizing transportation planning, project coordination, and community development. Tracy holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems, a Master’s in Transportation, and an MPA, alongside a foundational degree in Community and Regional Planning.
