Shawn Hunter is based in the Houston, Texas office of Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP. His practice includes class action and multi-district litigation.
Prior to joining SWCK, Mr. Hunter’s practice focused on intellectual property protection and litigation, including patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets. Mr. Hunter has successfully prosecuted and procured hundreds of issued patents for clients in technology areas which include downhole well tools, data sensing and processing, vehicle and roadway safety devices.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hunter served as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
