Jared Vils

Jared Vils has over 25 years of work experience in various technology leadership roles. Jared most recently served as the Director of Technology Operations at Schneider National, where they were responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering automated solutions, and managing transformational change. During their tenure, Jared led a $4 million data center renovation, improved critical systems uptime, and achieved significant operational savings. Prior to Schneider National, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Gulf Breeze Software Partners, an IT Manager at TIAA-CREF, and a Practice Manager and Principal Consultant at Advanced Integrated Solutions, Inc. Jared also has experience as an IT Engineer at NextEra Energy Services and as an Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) (JET).

Jared Vils obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Florida International University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a BBA in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Agile Foundations, Digital Transformation, DevOps Foundations, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
