Mary Burich

Mary Burich has over 28 years of work experience in the human resources field. Mary started their career as a Human Resource/Training Assistant at Imperial Supplies in 1991. In 1992, they joined Associated Bank as an Employment/Employee Relations Specialist and held this role until 1996. Mary then worked as a Human Resource Manager at Anchor Food Products, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they became a Human Resources Consultant at Humana from 2000 to 2001. Currently, Mary is the Vice President of Human Resources at Schneider, a position they have held since June 2001.

Mary Burich has a BBA degree in Economics/Communications from St. Norbert College, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Mary then went on to earn an MS in Management & Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College between 1992 and 1994. Lastly, they completed an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2001 to 2004.
