Omid Khaghani

Omid Khaghani currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Projects at Schnitz since July 2025 and is the Managing Director at Foresight Management Consulting, a position held since March 2021. Previous roles include Program Manager for Business Optimisation at San Churro from June 2022 to October 2025, Consultant at Capco from August 2021 to March 2022, and Service Innovation Leader at Virgin Money UK PLC from October 2019 to August 2021, where work centered around a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Strathclyde. Omid Khaghani's academic credentials include Executive Education in Steering Complex Projects from the University of Cambridge and Business Analytics from Imperial Business School, as well as a Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Additionally, Omid holds a Master’s degree in Resource Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of the West of Scotland, along with an HND in Engineering from Clydebank College.
