Bear Tucker

Bear Tucker has extensive experience in property management, starting as a Tenant Services Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Property Associate, Senior Property Associate, and Director of Property Management. Bear has worked for companies such as JLL, Prime West Companies, Q Factor, and currently serves as a Senior Investment Manager at Schnitzer West, LLC. Bear's responsibilities have included overseeing commercial, retail, office, and medical buildings, managing tenant relations, neighborhood partnerships, vendor and service providers, and developing and analyzing financial reports and budgets. Bear holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Louisiana State University.
