Schoel
James Parsons has extensive experience in the engineering field. James started their career in 2005 as an Engineer I at CDG Engineers & Associates, where they worked until 2006. In 2008, they joined Schoel as Principal and Director of Engineering, overseeing various projects and responsibilities. After gaining significant experience and success, they eventually became the Chief Operating Officer at Schoel in 2023.
James Parsons completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Auburn University from 2003 to 2007. James then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Leadership at Samford University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, James has obtained professional certifications as a LEED AP from USGBC, and as a Professional Engineer from the State of Kentucky, Georgia, and Alabama.
