Marco Prechel

Marco Prechel has a diverse work experience in finance and controlling roles. Marco is currently the Director Finance DACH at Schoeller Allibert since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Finance & Controlling Region EMA from March 2020 to June 2022. From September 2016 to March 2020, they held the position of Business Partner Finance PH & Head of Commercial Support at Bayer AB in the Nordic region. Marco also has experience at Bayer Pharma AG, where they served as the Head of Controlling & Management Support Supply Center Berlin from August 2014 to August 2016, Head of Controlling Global Biologics from October 2010 to July 2014, and Head Controlling Emerging Markets EMEA from January 2007 to September 2010. Prior to joining Bayer, they worked at Schering AG as the Head of Controlling Region Europe II from September 2004 to December 2006.

Marco Prechel attended the Berlin School of Economics and Law from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Business Administration and Management.
