Olivier De Vlieger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Olivier started their career as a teacher at Vrije Technische School Sint-Niklaas in 2008. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Lyreco Group where they focused on expanding their customer portfolio and prospecting.

In 2011, Olivier joined Autajon as an Account Manager, responsible for following up and developing a portfolio of customers, with a focus on the cosmetics, breweries, and food/non-food markets. Olivier worked on tailor-made projects and stayed with the company until 2014.

After Autajon, Olivier joined Bizerba in 2014 as a Business Developer for the Benelux region. Olivier was responsible for the development of the product organization 'Labels and Consumables', advising and supporting the sales team for big projects and technical questions. Olivier also contributed to innovation and development as a member of the European Label Board.

In 2015, Olivier joined Schoeller Allibert as a Key Account Manager for the BeNeLux region. Olivier later became the Sales Manager Belux in 2018 and then the Sales Director Benelux in 2019. Olivier was promoted to Regional Managing Director Benelux in 2020 and currently holds the position of Global Sales Director Pooling & Beverage, focusing on sales strategies and operations.

Throughout their career, Olivier has demonstrated their abilities in sales, account management, business development, and leadership roles.

Olivier De Vlieger completed a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Recreational Movement at Arteveldehogeschool from 2004 to 2008. In 2021, they started pursuing an Executive Master's degree in Corporate Finance at Vlerick Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
