Paul Winter

Paul Winter is a dedicated Group Energy Manager at Schoeller Allibert, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, environmental protection, and sustainability, responsible for managing energy and environmental initiatives at both national and global levels since August 2016. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Process Engineer in Lean Production as a working student, participating in various projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and productivity through optimization strategies. Paul holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering/Process and Energy Technology from Hochschule Wismar, obtained in March 2023, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2021. Additionally, Paul has a background in plastics and rubber processing, having earned a degree as a Verfahrensmechaniker from IHK Schwerin in 2019.
