Teresa Waidmann

Teresa Waidmann is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as a Partner at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law since June 2014, Teresa's expertise encompasses both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including executive contracts, work permits, compensation, and litigation. In addition to legal practice, Teresa is a Lecturer at FHWien der WKW, where lectures focus on employment law and social security law for master's students. Teresa also holds the position of Vice President of the Labor Law Commission at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers. Previous roles include Associate positions at Hausmaninger Kletter Rechtsanwälte and Wolf Theiss, as well as a legal internship at BP. Teresa earned a Magister/Master degree in law from the University of Vienna and has a background in medical studies at the Medical University of Vienna.
