Cheryl Amundson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education program development, marketing, and community relations. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Solutions and Program Design at Scholarship America since July 2006, Cheryl has been instrumental in advising various entities on the creation of education assistance programs and evaluating their effectiveness. Cheryl's previous roles include Executive Director at Youth Opportunities, where strategic planning was a focus, and several academic positions at the University of Minnesota Extension, where educational program design and communications were key responsibilities. Additional experience encompasses the establishment of a marketing department at Minnesota Valley Health Center and teaching capacities at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and LeSueur-Henderson Public Schools. Cheryl holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
