Amanda Chaban has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Amanda has gained experience in various roles such as an Optician at North County Laser Eye Associates, Administrative Assistant at Canine Companions for Independence, Senior Enrollment Specialist at Foresight Mental Health, and currently works as a Special Education Aide at Scholarship Prep Public Schools.

Founded in 2016, SP is committed to creating community change by operating university-inspired, trauma-informed public schools for all students, especially those experiencing homelessness or those in the foster care system.
