Jaime Villa

Jaime Villa has a diverse work experience in the finance industry, starting as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2005. Jaime went on to hold various roles at companies like Capstone Partners LLC and UBS before joining PIMCO as Vice President & Global Strategist. Jaime later served as Principal at KKR & Co. L.P. and Vice President at Tse Capital Management LP. Villa was also Vice President at Blockhouse Capital Management LP and Head of Global FX Strategy at SPX Capital. Currently, they are the Head of Macro Research at Schonfeld, where they also served as Macro Strategist for Fixed Income and Discretionary Macro.

Jaime Villa attended Colegio Nueva Granada for high school from 1988 to 2003. Jaime then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Babson College, graduating in 2007. Jaime furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and General Management from Columbia Business School in 2013.
