Melissa Sharma

Melissa (Pugliese) Sharma has extensive experience in internal communications, starting as an Account Management Intern at Wishbone-ITP in 2010. Melissa progressed into roles such as Administrative Assistant at the Law Office of Steven F. Pugliese Esq., Legal Staff Assistant at Wilson Elser, and Project Coordinator at Mundocom. Melissa then transitioned to roles in communications and HR, including Network Coordinator at Big Fuel Communications LLC and various roles at ANN INC., Proskauer Rose LLP, and Neuberger Berman, where they ultimately became the Director of Internal Communications at Schonfeld in 2023.
