Praneel Narshi

Praneel Narshi has a diverse work experience starting from Accounting Clerk at Parktown Convenience Centre in 2007 to various roles in Barclays Investment Bank, including Senior Reward Specialist. Praneel also worked as a Reward Consultant at Barclays Africa Group Limited before becoming the Global Head of Compensation at Schonfeld in 2023. Their roles involved data analysis, compensation strategies, and engagement with senior management to provide recommendations and support on organizational reward systems.

Praneel Narshi completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2006 to 2011. Praneel then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Finance at the same university in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Business Analysis and Reporting with Advanced Excel Modelling from the Strategic Executive Programs.
