Michelle Benson has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Change Manager at School Bytes since February 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at the NSW Department of Education for nearly a decade, where responsibilities varied from managing the School & Vendor Engagement Team to serving as a Change Analyst and Senior Application Analyst within the Student Management Team. Additional roles included BAU Support Officer and BAU Support Analyst in the SALM Functional Support Team, along with serving as a School Administration Officer at Thirlmere Public School.
