Jarrod Bell is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Instruction for School District 60 since August 2002. Over the years, Jarrod has taken on various responsibilities, including Principal at Upper Halfway School and leadership roles in Learning Services, Indigenous Education, Child Care, and Technology Services. Jarrod has a strong focus on technology to enhance education and has been integral to a successful 1:1 wireless writing program. Additionally, Jarrod has contributed to the Service Management Council for MyEducation BC as an executive member and chair of the Student Learning Committee, and served as President of the Board of Directors for the Northern Environmental Action Team. Jarrod holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University College of the Cariboo.
