Julian Graham

Julian Graham serves as a School Principal at The School District of Philadelphia since October 2016, having also held positions as Assistant Principal and Climate Manager within the same district. Prior experience includes serving as Dean of Students at Eastern University Academy Charter School and Success Coach at ACT Academy Charter School. Julian started a career in education as a School Counselor at Universal Companies, focusing on individualized and small group counseling aimed at developing social and conflict resolution skills among scholars. Earlier roles include School Support Officer at Boys' Latin Charter School, where positive learning behaviors were promoted through conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques. Educationally, Julian holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Cabrini University, along with multiple degrees in educational leadership and school counseling from various institutions, currently pursuing another EdD at Gwynedd Mercy University.
