Kait Muller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Kait worked for The School District of Philadelphia as the Director of Strategy & Operations starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at the same organization from April 2018 to May 2022. Before their time at The School District of Philadelphia, they worked at Mastery Charter Schools as the Molina Family & Community Engagement Manager from September 2015 to April 2018. From July 2009 to September 2015, they served as the Program Director of Refugee and Immigration Services at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Camden, Inc. In this role, they managed administration and implementation of programs to assist refugees and immigrants. Additionally, in 2012, they were appointed to the Catholic Charities USA Newcomers Integration Services Section Steering Committee. Prior to Catholic Charities, Kait worked as the CRS Comittee Coordinator at Catholic Charities from September 2008 to June 2009. Kait also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Secure and Flexible Information Sharing Research Project at Rutgers University from August 2008 to June 2009. In this role, they reviewed relevant literature and contributed to a publication on crisis communication. Lastly, they worked as a Project Assistant at the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs from July 2007 to June 2008, where they performed analytical and administrative tasks for various public affairs and public safety projects in Camden City and County.
Kait Muller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature, Leadership and Global Understanding, and German Language and Literature from La Salle University in 2007. Kait then pursued a Masters degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Camden, which they completed in 2009.
