Tarrah Westercamp MS, RD, SNS is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as the President of Westercamp Consulting LLC since December 2019, where guidance is provided on school nutrition compliance and innovations, alongside managing a substantial fund for school nutrition relief in Indiana. Additional roles include serving as a Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre and a LEAD to Succeed Trainer with the School Nutrition Association. Tarrah's previous experience encompasses significant roles such as Resident Dietitian at Chartwells School Dining Services K12, where a national Food Rescue Program was created, and Education Associate at the South Carolina Department of Education, where food and nutrition regulations were applied to benefit various stakeholders. Tarrah holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Ball State University.
